For my birthday this year, one of the things I asked for was this lovely gold band bracelet from Disney Couture which, for those of you that don’t already know, is Juicy Couture’s Disney range. The bracelet I chose features the quote ‘you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think.’ This quote is from a Winnie the Pooh story that I used to watch nearly every day when I was little, so it already had quite some significance for me.
I find that sometimes (and I’m sure lots of you will too) when you’re having a bad day and just need something to pick you up, something as little as a quote can do the trick. Since my birthday was bang in the middle of all my exams this year it really helped to have it with me and remind me that I could achieve what I wanted if I believed in myself, cheesy as it sounds.
