So I’d seen this palette floating around on Instagram and other beauty blogs a few times and immediately fell in love; 32 natural eyeshadows in beautiful packaging for £10!? But, as most things go with me, I was too late in pursuing it. By the time I’d remembered to start looking for it, Superdrug had stopped selling it, BUT some Accessorize stores are still selling it, so keep your eyes peeled because this is something definitely worth investing in.
The packaging is so lovely, featuring one of Accessorize’s vintage-looking designs. When you open the palette, you find a little mirror and 32 gorgeous eyeshadows, ranging from a very pale cream colour to a matte black shade.
I think every single one of these eyeshadows is extremely wearable and the colours are actually pretty similar to eyeshadows from Mac, so to get 32 eyeshadows for the same price of one Mac eyeshadow, you’ve done well! My only issue with them is that they’re a little smaller than I like, but I’m not complaining.
Another thing that’s fabulous about this product is the brilliant pigmentation; every colour comes out exactly how it shows in the palette. Below I swatched the second and third eyeshadows down on the fifth column, and as you can see, they’re beautiful. I personally think they’re quite similar to Mac Goldmine and Antiqued, but my favourite dupe is the bottom shadow on the third row – a perfect dupe for Mac Cranberry which is one of my favourite eyeshadows.
If you can get your hands on this palette I would definitely recommend snapping it up – I promise you won’t regret it! Thanks for reading!
